All documents must be clear and legible. You can submit the scanned copies of these documents during the registration process on our website.

3. Verification Process

Our team will review and verify your submitted documents. This process ensures the authenticity and credibility of our vendors. Verification may take up to 2 business days.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
• Product Quality: Maintain high-quality standards for all products listed on our website.
• Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to manufacturing, safety, and product standards.

5. Communication

Keep us informed of any changes to your contact information, address, or business operations. Prompt communication helps us address any issues quickly and maintain a smooth partnership.

6. Payment and Invoicing

Ensure that all invoices include your GSTIN and are in compliance with GST regulations. Payments will be processed as per the agreed terms.

7. Termination

MySteelCity reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement if there is a breach of policy, fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with the above requirements.

8. Product

Product image are need to clear and 3 angle type of image upload, 1 short mini video about product upload. Product background should be in a white.

9. Commission

• No Commission / platform Fees.
• No Registration Fees.
• No Penalty Fees.
• We provide marketing services with a 15% fee, ensuring clear and straightforward pricing for our Seller.
• MYSTEELCITY processes payments to vendors one week after purchase, taking into account our return policy.
